DOC TYPE: PARTIES TO THE RECORD · 4 ROLES

One record,
four readers

PARTY 01 · BRAND / RESPONSIBLE OPERATOR

You own the claims. The passport carries them with your name on it.

The wizard assembles your passport in six steps, the publish gate blocks anything you could not stand behind, and first publication freezes a signed record. Your products carry scannable codes built on their unique identifiers, and your dashboard shows scans and data completeness across the catalogue.

Start voluntarily with a single product today: the structure and record are the same ones built for the EU regime, so nothing you publish now is throwaway.

PARTY 02 · SUPPLIER

You contribute your slice, under your own name.

Brands invite you to fill exactly the part of the passport you know: your facility, your process, your materials. Your authorship is recorded on every field you contribute, and you see what you signed. You can invite your own upstream partners the same way, so the chain maps itself tier by tier.

Scoped access means you see what you need for your contribution and nothing else of the brand’s business.

PARTY 03 · RECYCLER / COLLECTOR

The data you need at end of life, and a listing every passport links to.

The end-of-life tier exposes what sorting and recycling actually require: full material composition, chemical information, and disassembly instructions. Register on the platform and your facility appears in the directory that every published passport links from its Circular section, searchable by country, material and distance.

Coverage grows as operators join: an empty area means nobody has registered there yet, and being first is free visibility.

PARTY 04 · AUTHORITY / AUDITOR

Full access, scoped by investigation, on a record built to be inspected.

Authority access is granted per investigation, not as a standing key to every tenant. What you see is complete: every field with its author and verification state, the signed first-publication snapshot, the correction trail, and explicit visibility of what an operator did NOT provide, because for an inspector absence is information.

The audit trail behind the platform is tamper-evident, and that property is re-asserted on every deployment.
