1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EuFSI Digital Product Passport Platform ("Platform") operated by European Frontier for Sustainability and Innovation BV ("EuFSI", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
EuFSI provides a SaaS platform for creating, managing, and publishing Digital Product Passports in compliance with EU ESPR Regulation 2024/1781. Services include product data management, supply chain data collection, AI-assisted document extraction, QR code generation, and analytics.
3. Subscription Plans
Access to the Platform is provided under subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) with defined feature limits. Plan details and pricing are available at dpp.eufsi.com/pricing. We reserve the right to modify plan features with 30 days notice.
4. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your product data, supply chain data, and company information uploaded to the Platform. EuFSI does not claim ownership of your content. We process your data solely to provide the Platform services as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
5. Data Processing Agreement
A GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is incorporated into these Terms for all subscription plans. The DPA details our obligations as data processor for your product and supply chain data.
6. Limitation of Liability
EuFSI provides compliance infrastructure tools. We do not provide legal advice. While the Platform is designed to support ESPR compliance, ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with the brand placing products on the EU market.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
