OUR STORY

EuFSI was born out of a collective vision: a group of professionals with backgrounds in research and industry, united by the goal of driving sustainable practices and fostering innovation. Our journey started with a realisation: there is an abundance of innovative ideas, but many lack the support and resources to be implemented, and that is especially true for small and medium-sized enterprises.

We work as a catalyst. We are not policy makers, and we do not claim to deliver the innovations ourselves: we support, connect and promote, so that SMEs and organisations across value chains can meet European sustainability expectations and find business in doing so. Our initiatives span sustainable materials with textiles first, water, and food and nutrition, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The EuFSI Digital Product Passport platform is that conviction turned into software: regulation-grade infrastructure that lets a textile SME publish an honest, evidence-carrying product record without hiring a compliance department. The EU regulation establishes product passports; the delegated act for textiles will set the exact requirements and dates.
